Daniel Passarello, SCSM,SCMD,SCLS is Assistant Director of Operations for ATCO Properties and Management. He is responsible for the management oversite of a life center redevelopment in Glendale Queens New York, and a Business Center in Totowa New Jersey. His responsibilities include the overall supervision and participation in all activities, including financial, administration, security, maintenance, operation, marketing, relationships with tenant personnel, the public, local, government and civic groups.
Mr. Passarello is also an Adjunct Professor of Marketing and Management at the College of Staten Island. He is a member of the ICSC eDistance Learning Advisory and CSM Committee. He previously served as the Eastern Division Operations Chairman and was 1997 Security Conference Chairman. Mr. Passarello is the recipient of the 1998 ICSC Board of Trustees Distinguished Service Award, 1998 Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce and the 2001 Good Scout Award from the Greater New York Boys Scouts of America. He is a Past President and current board member of the New York/New Jersey Council of Shopping Centers. He is also a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson. Mr. Passarello received a BS in Economics and Masters Degree in Finance from Wagner College.
