In the diverse, upscale community of the East Midtown Partnership, you will find everything you want within just a few blocks. World-class accommodations, fine dining and a wide range of shopping choices make this neighborhood a microcosm of the best that New York City has to offer. The East Midtown Partnership BID is located in the heart of midtown Manhattan, roughly bordered by East 63rd Street to the north, East 49th Street to the south, Madison Avenue to the west and Second Avenue to the east.

The East Midtown Partnership BID's tenant mix would be the envy of any suburban shopping center. It is luxury shopping along East 57th Street and Madison and Park Avenues. It is Bloomingdale's and Dylan's Candy Bar... Maserati-Ferrari and Mercedes-Benz... T. Anthony and Audemars Piguet. In the restaurant category, it is Felidia, Shun Lee Palace, Aquavit, Mia Dona, Serendipity 3 and many more of New York City's finest restaurants.

For hospitality and entertainment, it is the Waldorf-Astoria, the Regency, and a number of upscale boutique hotels. It is an entertainment destination, with unique venues like Feinstein's at the Regency, the ImaginAsian Theater, Florence Gould Hall, the 59E59 Theaters and the internationally famous Friars Club.

It is an international center of home design and decorating, with scores of showrooms clustered in the world-renowned Decorative Arts District. Home of the D & D Building as well as the A & D Building, savvy interior designers, store buyers and shoppers across the globe know they can find the best and most unique home décor items - furnishings, lighting, antiques, kitchen and bath, and anything else they could possibly need - in East Midtown...and they can also find the best design professionals to help it all come together.

Finally, East Midtown is a transit hub, with eight subway lines, innumerable bus lines, and the Roosevelt Island Tram moving millions of people above and below its streets each year. It is one of Manhattan's primary business hubs, featuring an abundance of banks and offices as well as many of New York's major financial, real estate, and legal firms like Bloomberg, Cantor Fitzgerald and others who call East Midtown home.

In short, East Midtown is a microcosm of New York City: active, eclectic, diverse and alive. Come and see what the East Midtown Partnership has to offer its residents, businesses and retailers.
